Interagency Mail Service:
The ADOA Mailroom provides interagency pickup/delivery services for 101 State agencies in 122 locations. There is no charge for this service..
Outbound Mail Service:
The ADOA Mailroom provides USPS and FedEx outbound services for 87 Agencies or divisions and provides backup services for 10 other agencies. Service charges are postage and fees plus 14% mailroom surcharge.
Mail Scanning Service:
The ADOA Mailroom provides a Mail Scanning service in which inbound mail is opened, scanned, and delivered to the agency or division electronically. The fee schedule is currently under development.
Printing, Folding, & Inserting Service:
The ADOA Mailroom provides a limited printing, folding, and inserting service. This is currently a manual service in which letters are scanned, by the sender, to a share drive from which they can be printed by mailroom staff. The letters are then manually folded and inserted into envelopes provided by the agency. The letters are mailed out the same day. The fee schedule is currently under development.
Phoenix – Tucson Delivery Shuttle:
The ADOA Mailroom operates the Phoenix/Tucson Shuttle between the ADOA Mailroom and the Capitol Complex in Tucson, located at 400 W Congress. This shuttle operates both ways, overnight Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The service fee is $0.75 per pound.
Inbound USPS Mail Pickup:
The ADOA Mailroom will pick up inbound USPS Mail from the Capitol Station Post Office located at 35th Ave and Washington. This can be either through Caller Service or a Post Office Box. This service includes an x-ray scan of the mail before delivery or pick up of the mail is made to the participating agency. Inbound Mail Delivery:
The ADOA Mailroom provides delivery or pick up services for any inbound mail it receives or picks up from the USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or other delivery services. The ADOA Mailroom offers the use of its address to any customer agency for delivery purposes (example below). Currently there is no charge for this service.

A private PO Box is assigned to each ADOA mailroom customer. Available PO Boxes are limited. Contact the ADOA Mailroom to get your PO Box number and learn how to utilize it.
Mail Design Consultations:
The ADOA Mailroom will provide consultations on how to design mail in order to utilize the best possible postal rates. Currently there is no charge for this service.
