Facilities Operations and Maintenance (FOAM) provides maintenance, custodial, grounds, landscaping and HVAC services for the Capitol Mall, Tucson and several satellite facilities throughout the city.
Service Level Agreements
FOAM is dedicated to providing industry leading service and this starts with a commitment to our customers. One of the ways in which this is accomplished is by establishing service level agreements (SLA) that create clear definitions of responsibilities and deadlines so that both the customer and FOAM understand priorities and expectations. Below is an example of the time allotted to resolving requests that exists within our current SLA. Depending on customer needs, SLA's can be tailored to each environment to ensure compliance and standards are met.
