Fleet ISA FAQ

Extended Lease

The Fleet Management Office manages approximately 1300 vehicles that are leased to State agencies.  Maintenance on these vehicles is performed by ADOT and regular preventative maintenance schedules are kept.

As a driver, you play an important role in maintaining assigned vehicles in a safe, operable condition. Your first responsibility is to make sure the vehicle receives the regular preventive maintenance services. If any aspect of the vehicle's performance concerns you, bring the situation to the attention of the ADOA Fleet Maintenance Manager. Your vehicle should be serviced in accordance with the Preventive Maintenance Cycle established by ADOA Fleet Management Office, which is 8,000 miles or 12 months unless otherwise required.

If you have any questions concerning your extended lease, please email reservations or call 602-542-3110.

Body Damage

Hopefully, you would never be involved in an accident in a state vehicle, but sometimes accidents happen or your vehicle may be vandalized and it will need repaired.  All accidents or damage to your vehicle must be reported to Fleet Management within 24 hours and a Risk Management Automobile Loss Report will need to be filled out.  If bodily injury occurs, call Risk Management, 602-542-2180, within 24 hours.

If the vehicle is safe to drive, please bring it to our office at 1501 W Madison.  If the vehicle is not safe to drive - call ADOT at 602-712-6534, 712-7406 or 1-877-800-8520 to arrange towing service.

Remember, you will need to fill out an Automobile Loss Report before repairs can be made.  Please contact Fleet at 602-542-3110 with any further questions.

Windshield Repair

If you find that there is damage to any of the glass on your vehicle, you will need to fill out the Glass Replace / Repair Form.
