LATE POLICY FOR CAR SHARE PICKUP AND DROP OFF
Picking up a car share rental:
Charges begin at scheduled reservation time.
Dropping off a car share rental:
To avoid extra charges and to be considerate to other employees, please return the vehicle on time
Please be courteous to your fellow state employees and return your rentals on time.
All "no-show" reservations are charged for one days rental.
Agencies will need to contact Fleet Management 24 hours prior to canceling your reservation. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in a no-show charge to the agency that is equal to the daily rate.

CAR SHARE INFORMATION
Take 5 Before You Drive:
1. Report damage and litter.
If you notice any damage to the vehicle please report it immediately to your Fleet Management Team.
2. Keep it clean.
Remove all of your trash and personal belongings before ending your reservation.
3. No Smoking.
Smoking in the vehicle is not allowed.
4. Fill the fuel tank.
Always leave a full tank of fuel in the vehicle before ending your reservation. Fuel Card is in the glove compartment. The pin for fuel card is located on the bottom of the smart card. Car Share vehicles cannot be fueled at any ADOA or ADOT facility.
5. Return on time.
To avoid extra charges and to be considerate to other members, please return the vehicle on time.
24-HOUR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT
The contractor provides 24-hour road side assistance and support. The 24-hour roadside support number is 877-599-3227.
Windshield damage should be reported to ADOA GSD Fleet Management immediately. ADOA Fleet Management will contact the contractor for repairs.
Vehicle insurance is located inside the vehicle in the glove box. If an accident occurs, please notify the car share contractor immediately using the number provided.
SECURITY GATE PROCEDURES
For security purposes, the ADOA Fleet Management facility is completely fenced and protected by a self-closing, self-locking security gate after operating hours and on weekends. The gate is located at the West Madison Avenue entrance to the Fleet Management Facility and automatically opens at 6:30 am closes at 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. The gate remains closed all weekend. After hours and on weekends, customers can gain entry through the security gate by inserting their state identification card into the card reader located outside the gate. To exit, the same applies to the card reader located inside to the right of the gate. The card reader is programmed to accept any state identification card with the black card reader strip on the back. If you do not have a card, your agency can authorize you to get one at the state badge office. Fleet Management cannot get the card for you, but they can test the validity of your card with their card reader located in the rental office.
