Will our rates change?
There will be no rate increase through fiscal year 2020.
How will I receive and pay for my invoice?
There will be no changes to the current billing process. All invoices will continue to be sent out by ADOA and paid directly to ADOA.
Who do I contact for billing issues?
All billing issues should be communicated to ADOT. ADOT will make any corrections and notify ADOA of those corrections.

How will I rent a taxi-vehicle?
ADOT will manage the Enterprise Rent-A-Car program for rentals. For the time being, renters will continue to use the ADOA Fleet web portal and phone number for questions or concerns.

Will I still be able to pick up my rental vehicle at 1501 W Madison?
Yes, the process for picking up and dropping off rental vehicles will not immediately change.
Will I still receive vehicles that have been ordered for replacement or expansions?
All vehicles identified in FY19 vehicle buy will be ordered and ADOT will issue those vehicles upon arrival.
Will ADOT contact me regarding next year’s vehicle buy?
Yes, ADOT has a team in place that will be contacting each coordinator to review agency needs.
Will other fleets consolidate?
ADOA supports the Governor’s mission to create centers of excellence. These partnerships support the Arizona Management System, eliminates waste, removes duplicative efforts and streamlines fleet operations.

Is ADOA eliminating their fleet FTEs?
No. Through this partnership with ADOT, ADOA will work to eliminate administrative duplication and have those individuals focus on higher value tasks, ultimately delivering better outcomes for the agencies we support.
